Clean & Strip 125mm non-woven abrasive and cleaning discs for metal and wood

Non-woven abrasive, also known as a Clean & Strip cleaning disc, is an effective tool for removing rust, paint, varnish, scale and dirt from metal, steel and wood.
The abrasive-soaked synthetic fiber structure allows you to work coolly and evenly, without the risk of burning or deforming the surface.
Thanks to the open structure, the fibers do not clog with dust or paint, which prolongs the life of the disc and ensures a stable cleaning effect throughout the work cycle.

In our offer you will find discs with a diameter of 125 mm with a bore of 22.23 mm, suitable for all angle grinders with variable speed control.
Three types of fleece are available:

  • black - universal, for daily cleaning of metal and wood,
  • purple - precise, for gentle dulling and refinishing,
  • orange - aggressive, for intensive removal of coatings and rust.

Non-woven discs are ideal for renovation, surface preparation and finishing, especially where you want a clean result without grinding metal.

Application of non-woven abrasive - metal, steel, wood, aluminum

Abrasive non-woven 125 mm is a workshop tool that cleans, dulls and prepares surfaces without damaging them.
Unlike classic sanding discs, it does not cut the material, but only removes coatings and impurities.
This makes it ideal for:

  • cleaning structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum,
  • removing rust from profiles, railings and body parts,
  • removing old paint and varnish from wood,
  • preparing surfaces for painting, varnishing or welding.

Clean & Strip's porous non-woven disc works best at 3,000-6,000 rpm - just light pressure and an even motion.
Using the right color of the disc allows you to adjust the intensity of cleaning:

  • black non-woven - for cleaning and refreshing,
  • purple non-woven - for fine matting,
  • orange non-woven - for quick removal of coatings.
